Jo Roper

I was born and bred in Dorset and have been working at QuoStar for nearly three years – leading team of talented engineers whose mission is to deliver exceptional support to our clients. My professional goal is to ensure all my staff feel supported and ensuring they have a good work life balance. I believe that happy staff result in happy clients, which in turn keeps my senior management team quiet.

It may seem strange to some, but I love change in the workplace. When managed correctly it can be a fantastic catalyst for new ideas. My personal life is also an active one. I train and compete with my horse in high-level dressage events – supported by my husband, two children, German Shepherd and chickens. They all keep me sane outside of work.
