Get to know Grant
My career in the IT industry started as an apprentice over 13 years ago. After learning the basics I progressed to a role in networking, honing my technical skills and understanding of complex systems before moving on to become an IT engineer. That was my stepping stone into service management, which helped to develop my leadership skills and strategic thinking.
From there, I served as commercial director, balancing business needs with technical solutions, before moving to become Head of Service Delivery at QuoStar. It’s my job to ensure that our services are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible, whilst always putting the client’s needs first.
